Expanding Opportunities for Nigerian Youth
The Tiraka Youth IPO Empowerment Initiative expands young people’s access to investment opportunities by helping eligible Nigerian youths participate in the Dangote Refinery IPO. With fewer than 5% of Nigerian adults actively investing in the capital market, widening access matters.
Through this initiative, Tiraka aims to support up to 10,000 young people with a grant allotment of 10 IPO units each. The initiative is intended to make participation more accessible while encouraging young people to learn about investing and consider their financial futures.
An IPO is when a company offers shares to investors. Shares can rise or fall in value, and investors may lose money. Receiving or applying for a grant does not guarantee an investment return
Through the Youth IPO Empowerment Initiative, Tiraka aims to help 10,000 Nigerian youths aged 18–35 participate in the Dangote Refinery IPO.
Eligible applicants may receive a grant covering 10 IPO units each, subject to official rules and Tiraka’s terms.
Applying does not guarantee selection or an IPO allocation. Terms and eligibility requirements apply.
