STEM Discovery Lab
This program offers elementary and secondary school students a chance to delve into the dynamic and evolving world of technology. Participants will explore a range of fields, including coding, robotics, artificial intelligence, and more, providing them with the tools and knowledge to navigate and succeed in the technological landscape of the future.
Career Day
Tiraka Career Day is a signature event for college, university, and Secondary school students.
For university/college students, it is designed to connect ambitious students and recent graduates with leading professionals and employers in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). This annual event is part of the Tiraka STEM Ambassador Program (TSPA) and aims to bridge the gap between academic learning and professional employment, offering a dynamic platform for networking, learning, and career advancement.
For secondary school students, it is an opportunity to meet with university/college students and professionals and learn about the different opportunities available to them at the university.
Fellows, Students in the TSPA Program, and Community Partners host the Career Day as a way to give back to their community.
Tiraka STEM-Plux Ambassadorship (TSPA)
The Tiraka STEM-Plux Ambassadorship Program (TSPA) is an initiative designed to inspire and cultivate a passion for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) among older students 18 years and above. TSPA offers a more holistic approach to education and innovation, reflecting the interconnected nature of these disciplines in solving real-world problems.
Tiraka recognizes the struggles that young professionals and university students encounter when transitioning from education to employment. Our aim is to tackle the work experience gap and alleviate the barriers that hinder employers from hiring fresh graduates. With Tiraka’s assistance, you can smoothly move from your academic journey to a rewarding career, accessing diverse opportunities and realizing your full potential in the workforce.
Ambassadors are trained in cutting-edge technology and they are exposed to real-word projects and internship opportunities. They also become reverse mentors, completing transformative projects in their communities.

Tiraka Fellowship
The Tiraka Fellowship is a special program designed to nurture the next generation of leaders, innovators, and change-makers in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM). This prestigious fellowship aims to provide exceptional students and young professionals with the resources, mentorship, and opportunities needed to develop their skills, expand their networks, and make significant contributions to their communities and industries.
It follows a work-based learning approach, which is the pathway to professional mastery for university students, young professionals, and new immigrants. Participants learn while completing projects for our industry partners. Opportunities are announced as we have them as they become available. Participants work on specific projects and get renumerated.
