Tiraka EDGE is a dynamic, high-impact career and leadership readiness program designed for youth and young adults (ages 15–30) who are ready to take the next step in their personal and professional journey. Whether you’re just starting out or transitioning into the workforce, Tiraka EDGE equips you with the essential life skills, confidence, and tools to thrive in today’s job market.

Program Outline (12 Weeks)
{Adaptable for 3-day, 2-week, 4-week, and 8-week cohorts}
Weeks 1-12: Digital Skills & Practical Streams
Participants select one Digital Skill stream for job search/transferable skills enhancement, and will complete instructor-led classes, self-paced learning, and a capstone project:
- UI/UX Design (Figma, Prototyping)

Weeks 1–4: Personal & Career Foundation (Mandatory classes integrated with the Digital Skills sessions)

Weeks 9-11: Introduction to Project Management (Mandatory classes integrated with the Digital Skills sessions)
- Basics of initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects.
- Participants will learn how to define project goals, manage time and resources, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and use simple tools for tracking progress.
Week 12: Capstone Presentations & Graduation
